How bout them Apples?

I did research for about two weeks on several different tablets and hands-down I had to go with Apple, yes I know, I can already hear you yelling "TRAITOR"! But please hear me out. I did not want to leave android but the voice feature was not what I needed for assessability purposes. With Siri I can do so much more. And not to mention the Apple Store in Waterside Shops in Naples Florida went above and beyond to help me. I originally ordered a refurbished Apple Air 2 for $300 and had gone to the store for help on assessability and other training. But I went in today with a major issue. My Siri was not working. Ugh After about 30 minutes with a very nice man, Adam realized That I had the older hardware so Siri could only be used when plugged in. So I would have to upgrade to the Apple Pro who's starting price is $500! I asked if they had any discounts lol yes I went there. Before I freaked out, I waited to see what they could offer me. I told Adam that the only reason I went with Apple is because of their voice assessability through Siri. He really understood that I didn't like having to use Apple over android but also the price difference. He said give me just a minute and disappeared behind the door again. He was gone for a while but gave me the best news ever upon returning. He said I could get the iPad Pro for $324 that has the hardware to work with Siri for my needs. He had told the manager everything I told him and this was the best option for both parties. I can easily return the one I bought online for a full refund. I want to send a special shoutout to my new friends at Apple. Aaron, Amanda, Kieth and Adam thank you for all your help in getting me up to speed on my new iPad.
