Day One at Kennedy Krieger!

My wait is over! Today I met my Occupational Therapist Michelle whom I will have 11am to 12pm every day. And my Physical Therapist Jen whom I will have from 1pm to 4 or 5pm. I was introduced to a fork I can actually use! Along with many ways to exercise my body. Everyone is very nice and with children it makes for a fun relaxed atmosphere. There is an in patient building for children only and an out patient building (where I will be) for children and adults. My hotel the Marriott is only 1 1/2 blocks away, so my mom and I can walk everyday. It is freezing here.LOL I will need some warmer gear! It is very surreal to me, so much information. Looking forward to day two!
