Equipment Surprise

I may complain about the VA and how they run their business. And I have certainly had my ups and downs with them, feeling like I've been on a roller coaster the last 3 years. And getting tired of asking for medically needed items and hearing the answer "no". But, I decided to try one more time. This time with my prescriptions for my equipment that Kennedy Krieger suggested, being the motorize bike, mat, wheelchair table and stand up. This is everything I used there. After I sent them to the VA, the next day I started getting phone calls From the OT and PT Department asking for specific info about the equipment that I need. Now the wheels are going! It's a matter of when not if. I am shocked and elated by this news especially knowing this is a $28,200 investment! They are really going above and beyond for me. I greatly appreciate it! This is a huge load off my mind. Thank you VA!
