Searching for a Caregiver

Searching For a caregiver can be extremely difficult especially depending on where you live. It's one of those processes you have to go through just as if you were a company looking for a new employee. This means putting your ad out there on the web, then responding to each person that is interested by email, text message or phone call, doing phone interviews and setting up in person interviews. Doing this can be extremely time consuming and if you don't know how to do this process it can create problems for you in the future. I will be putting an outline on my How to page.
