Eating plan

I started a new eating plan last week. I eat 1100 cal or less a day already. But I am not losing it as fast as I want to. So now I am going to fast every three days. So today is a fast day and I am drinking my juice for the day. I will keep everybody posted on how this is going. I am excited to start this N
